For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds on any Wigs, Bundles, or hair products.
EXCHANGES ( IF APPLICABLE)
The item must be UNUSED ,UNWORN,UNWASHED,and UNALTERED.
Lace must not be cut
Hair must not be combed, brushed, or styled
Item must be returned in original packing .Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
IF these conditions are not met, the exchange will be denied.
